This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through the Taxprint.com website (the “Site”). Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Company Law Stationery (Made-to-Order Products)
Due to the personalized nature of our company law stationery, which is manufactured according to your specific order requirements, the following terms apply to cancellations and refunds:
Cancellation:
You may request to cancel your order for company law stationery within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that production has not yet commenced. If production has started, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us immediately to inquire about canceling your order.
Refunds:
As our company law stationery is custom-made, we generally do not offer full refunds for cancelled orders once production has begun.
If you request a refund after production has started but before the order is shipped, we will assess the costs incurred in the manufacturing process up to the point of cancellation. The refund amount, if any, will be determined after deducting these costs, which may include material costs, labor charges, and any other direct expenses related to your specific order.
In the event of a defect in the manufactured stationery or an error on our part, please notify us within 24 Hrs. of receiving your order with clear photographic evidence of the issue. We will review the case and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or a partial or full refund.
Refunds for eligible cancellations or defective items will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2. Tax and Compliance Software (Including SaaS Products)
Given the nature of our tax and compliance software, including Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings, the following policy applies:
Cancellation:
For subscription-based software, you can typically cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the software until that point. No further charges will be incurred.
For one-time purchase software licenses, these purchases are generally non-cancellable once the license key or access has been provided.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for any tax and compliance software, including SaaS products, after the purchase has been completed and access or license keys have been provided.
We encourage you to carefully review the product details, features, and any available trial periods or demos before making a purchase to ensure the software meets your requirements.
In exceptional circumstances, such as a significant and confirmed technical issue that prevents you from using the software as advertised and which we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion. Any such consideration must be requested within 48 Hrs. of the purchase date, with detailed information about the issue.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or cancellation if the request does not comply with this policy.
